ICOM implements customer-specific PCB layouts.

Increasing complexity, ever increasing signal speeds, miniaturization and component diversity pose ever higher demands in regards to the PCB layout nowadays.
Based on your documentation, we develop the production data for the circuit boards. Benefit from our longstanding experience in designing single and multilayer printed circuit boards.

The placement of the components and the unbundling of the electrical connections becomes routine thanks to modern layout software. However, complex PCB designs usually have to be routed manually.

Libraries

We use carefully parameterized and maintained libraries which guarantees that the information on the utilized electronic components is up-to-date. This ensures that basic component data can be traced back and that obsolete components can be replaced at any time.

Altium Design

With the schematic and printed circuit board development tool Altium Designer, we develop the schematics and unbundle the printed circuit boards. With the tool, all special cases such as delay-time-controlled routing, differential pair and impedance-controlled routing, for example for high-speed designs, can be professionally implemented.

For every customer-specific PCB design, you will of course receive the complete package of layout and manufacturing data for any further processing in your company.
