A historical review
In 1989 Heiner Erne founded ICOM Industrial Components Ltd. as a family company. The company developed steadily and successfully. After Heiner Erne’s unexpected death in 2017, his daughter Andrea Erne took over the company and continued his life’s work as he did.
As part of a management buyout, the managing director Bojan Zmijanjac took over ICOM Industrial Components Ltd. from the Erne family on August 1, 2021 and will thus usher in a new era in a successful future.
Bojan Zmijanjac worked for over 16 years as production manager at a Swiss printed circuit board manufacturer as well as sales manager and product manager internationally, and thus has the best prerequisites to successfully lead ICOM Industrial Components Ltd. into the future. His entry as sales manager and managing director marked the beginning of various renewal processes and restructuring.
Today
ICOM Industrial Components Ltd. concentrates on his focus industries, in which the ICOM experts have in-depth, specific application know-how and many years of experience. Another focus of ICOM Industrial Components Ltd. is customer-specific logistics concepts.
Today, ICOM Industrial Components Ltd. employs around 14 people in 2 countries. Thanks to the good relationships with our partner plants in Asia and Eastern Europe, we have a manpower of over 18,000 employees.
Today we are proud of the fact that, since 1989 as the market leader for procurement marketing in Switzerland, we always serve our customers in different markets with optimal solutions.
